Mercedes Greenway has been by far the best dealerships I've been too. The staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. I want to give a special thanks to Jacqueline Campos in the service dept. She absolutely excelled in customer service and kept me updated with my vehicle. :)

The back pops off of the key, use something the size of a toothpick to pry the back up, enabling you to slide the battery. It should be a larger button styled flat battery. I hope this helps.
Good question i need to know that too... But the answer is probably Yes.
Roughly 375. As I recall, unless there is other issues that need to be addressed during time of service.
excellent costumer service, knowledge I bought cars from different dealerships but Mercedes meet my expectations
Keys are expensive! You will need to at least prove the car is yours.
For an accurate quote call their service deparment and speak to an advisor. For reference any competent place can change the oil in your E320 CDI. Just use oil that meets the manufacturers specification and change at the recommended intervals (or less if its absurd).
Call the dealership, make an appointment, discuss these with your advisor. Brakes are wear and tear items, so I doubt that will be covered. There are many bearings, in/attached to the motor/all over the car, being specific is key, but those are also wear items.
Call your service advisor and explain what happened and that you have windshield coverage. They will advise you on what to do. Just FYI the coverage is third party, so it may be as easy as you making an appointment and your advisor takes car of every thing or you will have to call the company yourself to initiate the claim.
Yes
I tell you what, i really don't know but Marcos Lopez the service manager is a real good guy and I've been knowing him for 6 years and never gave me bad advise and a good price each time i had my E350 serviced.
Well I can find out for you, I work at the MercedesBenz dealer ship but I'm not a technician, I work in the car wash, but I'll find an answer to your question asap.
