I was very happy with this place when I joined in 2019. It was friendly, clean, well-maintained, and rules/behavior expectation seemed clear and enforced. Like many, I took 2020 to 2021 off and rejoined in 22. My boyfriend (also a member)and I have both noticed it seems sort of shabbier now, not as clean, and there are groups of people not working out just hanging around and making noise. It just feels a bit less comfortable/appealing to go. Still, staff at desk are always friendly and helpful, it's affordable and conveniently located.

Friendly staff. A good gym to get back into it if you're just starting out again. Very clean.

Equipment should be better maintained. Bent bars on squat rack ect. Mentioned to staff, they could care less

Kayak Fishing Country

I've been a member for 8+ years. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff, and unlike other gyms, it doesn't smell like a sweaty gym sock. The exercise machines are numerous, so there's no waiting for your turn. NOTE: Since Covid guidelines are still in effect - wear your mask at all times, and use the machines that aren't marked with an "X" on them. After using each machine, there are numerous waste barrels with paper towel dispensers and at least 2 bottles of disinfectant to spray on the paper towel to wipe down each machine after each use. The place has some of the cleanest bathrooms around. There are trainers available, at NO COST to you (part of your membership), but you must schedule an appointment first. The trainer's schedule sheet is available at the front desk upon request. There are other exercise classes available as well.
