Car wash isn’t under cloud 10 anymore. Soon won’t be able to use membership at any location in state. Look at site no more Connecticut locations listed. This may give the car wash a new opportunity to change what the last company couldn’t. Any review that’s made for now on won’t be monitored by cloud 10. So good luck getting a response back

If I could give this car wash zero stars, I would!!!! I literally got the most expensive car wash just to get my passenger door bezel ripped off. When I told the attendant she gave me a refund but said her boss was not around to address my concerns, when it came to filling out an incident report they did not have the proper paperwork to do so, so I had to write my information on a piece of paper. The phone number does not work and there is no one you can physically talk to you about the matter so I am out of a decent car wash and a replacement for my door. Also they say to send a picture to the email provided but it’s a generic one that no one gets back to you. Also, the cherry on top is what was a small break of the passenger window and bezel turned into a major issue when it flew off while I was on the highway. Again do not go to this car wash!!!! Unless you want to pay for more than what you bargained for. Update: The owner reached out to me and was able to fix the door!! He ordered the part I needed from the dealership and put it back on. I’m happy that they were able to address the problem within two days and fix it with no cost from me. Car wash is still a little rough to take it off like this but I’m very happy that they were able to get it repaired quickly.
