Store is stocked in fabrics, everything else is a hit or miss...depending what you need. The store needs updating it's a bit dark and dingy.

In this store you better be prepared to spend 30 to 45 minutes on check out. It literally took me five minutes to find what I wanted and approximately 45 minutes to an hour before I paid. Very inconsiderate of customer time

Even though this store is not as big as others has a good selection of things. The place is clean and organized but painfully understaffed. My low rating is because of that. You spend more time finding a worker to help you cut your fabric or to go to the cashier so you can pay than what you spent finding your things. They have on average 2 people so even when they want to be helpful and answer questions or guide people to where the things are, they can’t because they have to be at the register or cutting or putting stuff in the shelves etc. Is sad because I know many of the staff, as I’ve been going to this store for like 7 years, they are nice people but some days the stress and people complaining get the best of them. I hope the store really read the reviews and see that they need more people!! I honestly sometimes just go to Michales instead which happens to be a couple of businesses away in the same plaza, just because I know Joann’s takes more time. So if you go there just plan for NOT an in and out kind of shopping experience.
