Honestly this place isn't worth it, it better shopping online. You can't find half the shoes your looking for. I thought they would have a better selection for the men's section but I was wrong. Stick to the online shopping with dsw in my opinion

Store manager on am shift today, Juan lacks professional and people attitude. Rude to customers waiting in line because they asked him to ask one of the three employees on floor to help out at front register where there was only one cashier. Seemed upset and showed no respect By the way, he himself was doing nothing and could have easily help on front Not representative of this brand.

Besides the great discounts and offer the company it self provides, this store is the worst out of all the DSW’s I’ve gone too. I’ve been a dsw member for years, I’ve even been a employee there. I had to order the same shoe twice, the first time because the wrong shoe was sent which is okay but no one bother to notify me, I had to call the store directly to see what happened. Second time came around and I waited over 2 weeks for the shoes. After reaching out to the store they told me to contact customer service. 30 minutes on hold with customer service all for them to tell me the shoes have been at the store. This store needs to work on their communication skills.
