I called an hour ago at 12p about a noise disturbance I'm still waiting it's now 1.01am these neighbors dont care I swear... but the problem is the amount of time it's taken to get a cop out here of course she doesnt care cause its not her or her kids trying to sleep... the lady at dispatch is currently killing me...
