I can’t believe how bad of a service I received, I am visiting Miami and I have my license from Missouri and they said it was fake, the lady was yelling at us and she didn’t know anything about migration or license. So unprofessional Iif I could give this place 0 stars I would. Her name was Miss Calderon, super racist and rude she definitely hates her job

Excellent Police Department! They helped me with my identity theft case and house burglary attempts. They are fast, and well trained at the scene! The kindness and attention is out of this world! To see the level of expertise in setting a perimeter to catch burglar was impressive! The house watch is a definite relief in my safety. The front desk of station has the best! Congrats to such a fabulous police department!

Im only giving this office a 2 star rating because the second lady that stepped in actually tried to help me by informing me what steps I had to take in order to file a complaint and that I actually had to go to the Kendall department instead. Im not exactly sure why the woman I first spoke to was on such a power trip behind her desk. Incredibly rude, was not interested in anything I had to say except getting rid of me, kept looking at me up and down and bugging her eyes out when I was speaking to her as if she was confused or annoyed by what I was telling her, shaming me for not calling 911 at the exact moment the incident occured. it just floored me that this is an actual police officer. Horrible service at this office, im sure not everyone there is horrible but like any job if you hate it find something else to do, and dont treat the people who come to you for help like they are beneath you. Thankfully we contacted another department and they took care of the situation in my apartment complex right away without the attitude.

Courteous front desk attendant. Much better than my experience on 117th (Indian hammocks) but the same problem still exists. They make you bring cash only, really? like if this is some mob operation, it’s 2018 people (knoock knock) don’t get this but anyhow... when I get there with cash, they dont have change 🤯😡 so I was like okaaaaay. They said just go across the street and get change so there you are. 30 minutes later I get my background check.
