On top My Kids and I are very lucky to train with the one and ONLY Desmond Green @predatortoon he is amazing and has every quality you’d want in a great coach. He’s sharp enthusiastic , passionate, disciplined, and hungry to get the best of you. I can definitely see NON Stop gains , and I can share this incredible time with my family (getting stronger together !). Your results will speak for themselves

Infrastructure Tech

I love the atmosphere of this gym. Everyone is focus on their work and is very personable. They have clearly built a community within. Training upstairs is always a good time and the bottom floor has anything you would ever need to train successfully!

Great Great Great Gym!!!!!! Very neat, extremely clean, well organized and the staff is amazing….. Best Coaches I’ve ever trained with and the owner Diego & Tony are people they make this facility feel like homie Never ever going anywhere else. This is my Gym KOZONE.
