Love that my workout is complete and I see results. The coaches are amazing at pushing me to work harder. Love the energy! Coaches at this location are the best!!! Mikey brings incredible positivity and energetic vibe to every class.

Friendly staff and great workouts. However, keep in mind the cancellation policy. I called and explained I need to cancel due to moving. While during initial sign up they explained how “easy” it is to freeze or cancel, they did “forget” to mention the additional fees associated with these actions. An additional month needs to be paid so I can “enjoy the benefits” of the membership for another month, even though I am not in town. Should it not be paid then it accrues until the account is settled. At least the people that helped me sign up remembered all the important information like why it’s in my benefit to upgrade to a higher tier package. Keep all this in mind should anyone decide to enroll.

This gym is fantastic. The instructors are world class, and the classes offer great variety to your work-outs. A must for anyone who looks forward being in best shape!

Absolutely amazing!!! This place is definitely addictive, every single detail is on point. The front desk is exceptional, delivering the very best customer service every time and making you feel like family, the coaches are outstanding, Adrian is simply the best, he is equally able to push you to your limits while still keeping the workout 100% fun. You can truly tell there is passion in every single member of the staff. The structure in the fitness program is truly designed to challenge you. The equipment and the facility is always spotless and the equipment and technology available is top of the line. I can’t recommend it enough!! 😊

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
