the good: We stayed in one of the suites (55 broadway) that were not at the main property. third floor that overlooked broadway. nice sized room with a whirlpool tub. convenient to walk to all of the local attractions. ate in the hotel's restaurant for breakfast and lunch which was adequate. needed improvement: parking. very tight. we took a few day trips and did not have a parking spot when we returned. we had to call the front desk who checked their security cameras and then guided us to the open spot. furnishings. the bathroom had a small vanity. no where else to place your toiletries, either on the side of the sink or on top of the refrigerator cabinet. also, no small table with the two chairs.

The experience of the town, people, and restaurants are what saved this review from being 1 Star. To start the online booking experience is truly awful, if you use booking or priceline prepare to go through issues before you arrive. What they don’t tell you when you book is that they can stick you in any of their 3 or so properties in the town. We ended up being in a room at 44 west, nice on the outside but a complete mess on the inside, very old, very dirty carpeting, such a small room with a 20” TV inside. The room was on par with something you’d expect to receive at a motel on a random street, I was so disappointed. Completely unacceptable for a room that ended up costing $220. We would’ve been better off staying at another B&B or off site in any hotel. With that being said, the town is so nice and amazing, the shops and everyone that you meet and get to talk to are a pleasure to experience. If I’m ever to come back to Jim Thorpe I would not consider this stay, but overall the experience was worth the trip.

Stayed at 44 Broad which was great! The staff at front desk were so friendly and helpful when there was a mixup with the date of our reservation and got us situated quickly. We liked the location right downtown amongst all the history of the charming Jim Thorpe. They had a good restaurant also and you get $10 voucher towards breakfast. Breakfast fills up quick so make a reservation the night beforehand especially if you are needing to get to another activity (we had to be whitewater rafting). Good stay would stay again.

Charming town; nice hotel. We booked a suite, which was not what I'd call a suite -- one bedroom, one bath, and the master bedroom between them; no coffee table, couch or common area; just 2 bedroom and a bathroom, inline. Everything else was very fine. Pleasant and professional staff. Good bar and restaurant.
