These guys have been great. We had an equipment breakdown issue where we were smelling propane in and outside of the home. We shut off the main til they came, I expected I would be days without hot water, especially during the ‘Rhona shutdown. I don’t think it was two hours before their technician came out and he spent a LOT of time searching not only the tank and line itself (their equipment) but also the connections to inside and our end of the equipment. He was very nice and professional and fixed us all up FREE OF CHARGE because it was a malfunction on their equipment. That is amazing customer service to me. It doesn’t bother me at all that the parts broke down, everything breaks. But if I know I can rely on them I know I’ll be a long time customer and recommend others to them.
