This review is based on Mr. Merrick one star review. Sir in all due respect you cannot give one star to a business without an explanation. I am the owner of Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy and Medicine Shoppe Medical Supplies and Equipments and pharmacist in charge. My employee told me what had happened. It is because you did not like the rules and regulations set out by your insurance and its deductible and you had you pay your deductible what you got from us. Your deductible has everything to do with your insurance and when one of my staff explained it to you, you refused to listen. You end up giving us one star without any merit sir. We strive to help and serve every customer that comes through the door with utmost respect. That’s what we do because at The Medicine Shoppe is it caring beyond prescriptions!
