They had a great selection of tap beer! Their food was amazing! The reason for the 3 stars was sub par service! We was there after lunch and the only people in the bar for the most part. Our waitress/bartender would be gone for 10+min at a time hanging out front with her friend. The manager was behind the bar almost the whole time we was there but never said a word or offered to get/help at any point we was there!

Found this place online was was super excited to try it out. We went during a very dead time of day and could seat ourselves. I'm not sure why they tout how good their specialty burgers are - I was so underwhelmed. I ordered the jalapeno/cream cheese specialty burger. It came with one very sad tomato slice, two limp strings of onion, and the patty was cut in half to be 'stuffed' with the filling. Sadly, the cream cheese literally had about 3 bit-sized pieces of jalapenos in the whole thing. I really couldn't believe it, it was just a burger with a block of cream cheese with hardly any flavoring. The sweet potato tots were meh, you can buy the exact same frozen ones at the grocery store. My husband built his own burger with prime rib and some other things. His was actually quite good. The hand-cut fries seemed decent too. I'm really sad that this place didn't even begin the live up to what it could be. We definitely won't be back.

I ate here for the first time Sunday for lunch. They had a good selection of beer on tap and a menu that had me struggling to choose between the various burgers, several of which looked great! I decided on the Brisket-nator, which was amazing! And I haven't even mentioned the fries, which are the best fries I've had. I will be eating here again.

Cowbell might be my new favorite place in the Lewiston/Auburn area. The atmosphere is good, there's plenty of seating. The draft beer selection is absolutely phenomenal, and the mixed drinks were good. We got the poutine as an appetizer and it was excellent, cheese curds and a herbaceous gravy totally took it to the next level. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon jam, it was excellent. My friends got various burgers and they were all excellent (sorry it was a larger group and I didn't get to write reviews on each burgers) Seriously, this place exceeded my expectations. One of the best places I've eaten at in a long time!
