After I starting in the tire wash setting, it took a full 38 second before and suds were visible, and never became significant. Then I switched to wash/soap and at no time in over four minutes did anything resembling soap appear. I guess I paid $5 to rinse my car with high pressure water. Would not recommend! Would have rated 0/5.

Every single time I’ve come here, the self wash station is neglected more and more. You put money in and the soap function does not work nor does the brush. The vending machines take your money and don’t even give it back even if you didn’t make a purchase. It’s a money trap. The automatic wash is good but that is about all it’s worth. The vacuums are free at least

I have 2 passes for Golden Nozzle; one on my personal truck and one on my company van. I visit Golden Nozzle at least 2-3 times a week. The staff is great and always take good care of my vehicles. The manager, Jeff Adams, is a guy who can regularly be seen working his a$$ off — a trait that’s hard to find today and seems to have been lost over time. No matter the weather, inclement or not, I see Jeff all the time providing terrific customer service to those getting their cars and trucks washed. I’ve interacted with him numerous times and he’s always positive and smiling. We could use more guys like Jeff in society today. Thanks, Golden Nozzle, for doing such a great job on my autos and for having people like Jeff Adams on the front line representing your company!

Air pump out of order, self serve wash coin slot was broken so I had to use card and then it charged my bank 10$ max when the screen said it was a 3$ wash. Dial for water type was broken so no soap was coming out the entire wash.
