Communication could definitely be better. I was talking to a salesman named Jeff on 9/20 and was told tank and gas could be delivered early November to coincide with a furnace install. So I submit the paperwork and then nothing. No calls or emails. I finally reach someone at the office and learn I have a delivery set, (news to me) but not until December, resulting in major delays for my furnace. I did get the tank and have gas, so I'm stuck with them I guess, but I cannot recommend.

The only positive thing is you talk to a legitimate person and not an automated system.

Rental company said we would have a full tank of propane for our house, it ran empty on the weekend before Christmas not our fault or landowners was miss communication. we called the Monday week of Christmas and they said that they cannot come till next Monday only way they would is if we pay 300$… 300$ Is insane on top of the full charge.. it’s 7 degrees out house is getting cold and we have a 7month old…. lady on phone was a bi$&h We are switching company’s for our propane I wouldn’t be letting people without propane no matter the day in winter if I was in that business.. We ended up hooking a 100lb to get us by till we can get filled Found couple other companies that will come out next morning with a new tank so not sure what’s the deal with lakes gas…. Just seemed like no care in the world
