Idk what happened to this company, but they may have been good a year ago, but right now they are unknowledgeable and give horrible service. They sent out a guy who didn’t know what he was doing and he cut our water and electric. We had to fix it ourselves, and since they obviously didn’t know what they were doing, we had our guy dig the trench, now we can’t get them out to finish what should be a 10 minute job. They own our equipment so we can’t go anywhere else - what a racket. If there was an inexpensive way out of this, I’d be gone.

I own Home Grown Plants nursery in Farmersville, Texas. I have operated at this location for over 30 years. I use a significant amount of propane and have used several different companies through the decades. McCraw Oil & Propane is by far the best company I have had the pleasure to work with. If you are looking for commercial service, you will find satisfaction with McCraw at every level. The office personnel and credit department are friendly, accessible and flexible. The installation of the service was timely and professional. They are directly engaged in maintaining all issues of compliance and safety. Propane service in my industry is essential to survival. Not only do we require the propane, but more important is good service. We are greatly challenged by the severity and uncertainty of the weather. If we are filled to capacity with propane, it can be dangerously depleted due to harsh cold weather. McCraw will make every effort to maintain our supply no matter the time, the day, or the conditions. Whenever the need arises, they answer. We recently experienced a cold period that Texas rarely sees. It crippled our entire energy sector. We lost our power for several days. We have generators to address the power outage but our system is not designed to withstand extended subzero weather. McCraw's customer representative Sam Fox not only insured a consistent supply of propane but personally procured portable heaters that kept us at a survivable temperature. Without Sam's help, our company would have suffered a potential fatal blow. I don't have the words to express the gratitude for the aid that came from Sam's and McCraw's efforts in the most severe challenge we have ever experienced. McCraw is the real deal. Above and beyond excellent.

2021 February Snow Storm. No power, no water and no heat. McCraw came and saved the day. Filled us up and now we have HEAT!! Our babies are warm again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I almost cried when I saw the truck.

To those who like expedited service, I made a phone call at 8 AM to the manager Of McCraw. To my surprise, the manager Bill, sent a man out immediately. Within an hour, Scott a technician, greeted me with a warm smile. Within 45 minutes a new regulator was put on our propane fired heater for our new pool. Instead of using the cheap flex line supplied with the unit, he hard piped in the regulator to prevent someone from tripping on it and tearing it out. I could not be happier with their professionalism, courtesy and unsurpassed Speed.
