I used this motel as a midway stop on my drive. It was a little cheaper than other motels and I was hoping to support a local business, but it was not worth it. No offence to the owners, but I felt I couldn't go to my car freely without being watched by the owner and their family as they were hanging out in the parking lot. The adult supposedly running the business didn't seem to know how to handle things himself, the kids seemed to be more in control. The whole situation was pretty unprofessional. I tried using the hot water the night we arrived and it seemed to be turned off, there was hot water in the morning. The room was muggy and small, the headboard was sticky, the bathroom was not repaired/well kept, and the mattress was like a marshmallow. I don't expect extravagance, but I do expect basic comfort. Next time, I would skip this place and head over to a generic motel.

Polite staff, comfy bed, nice bathroom. AC works great. A great value, and pet friendly. Pet fee was lower than most places

This motel is plain and basic, but it is clean and the price is right. The proprietors are friendly. They let me check in early when I stayed there to get out of a storm. Free wi-fi and extensive TV options. I travel through Breezewood with some regularity, and I will keep this place in mind if I need to stop in that area again.

Front desk staff was very polite and kind, processed my check in very quickly. I did not have a reservation, and they were able to put me and my dog up for the night with no trouble at all. My room was a little cold, but the air conditioner is also a heater and they came to my room and showed me how to turn the heat on. Great value!
