A dead Girl
Much cleaner. Sad to see the owners of the boat houses are nolonger at the docks right off the side walk 27th Ave. The modern building has laundry rooms and great employees. Parking is available, fairly lit in areas. Never had a problem at this place although I have seen others suffer consequences for breaking rules.

The office is only accessible to those who wear face muzzles. The lady there even said she would not even talk to us. Total thumbs down 👎 I also didn’t appreciate the women’s bathroom was locked for a whole hour from 9-10am for cleaning. I find that unacceptable. I will find a different marina to go to in the future

This is an outstanding marina with excellent service & wonderful staff. The facilities are clean & well maintained. The security is ongoing. The only thing that could be improved is the Wifi connection. And... what a great place to watch the Fourth of July fireworks!

Public access mooring field and marina Marina under repairs nothing further to report
There is a 40' maximum length in the mooring field. (our boat is 46') The Marina is still under repair and they didn't have any availability when we asked Beginning of Feb 2018. If your at anchor the only service you can use is the dingy doc while the public doc is being repaired. They won't even let you fill your water tanks for a fee if your not a customer.

Grove Key rack stores, not Dinner Key
the marina is mostly operational, piers 1 and 2 need repairing from Irma. But there are plenty piers more in good shape. The mooring field is significantly less populated since a good number of balls broke in the hurricane. Call them. The staf is super friendly and knowledgeable.
