Appointments are ridiculous and very sad. You have to wait months back just for an appointment and that at the Hollywood location as well as West Park location from what I was told.. so if you have an emergency take chances at the E.R or wait a month or so back for appointment.. my situation is still the same in now I have to find and doctor due to the lack of scheduling and them never having a shorter day... I use to like this like both offices but now I can't take chances with my health due to waiting on a appointment..

I love that place. Everyone is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've been going there for about 15 years. My doctor is P.A. Erika Yu, and she's a wonderful person. I lucked out! All their doctors are excellent. Thank you Lord 🙏

I do not recommend this place to anyone!! Super unhelpful, ghetto and unprofessional! They use the pandemic crisis as an excuse to do the Telehealth on Fridays! If your trying to keep less people from coming in, then organize the appointment chart better and continue to keep the 6ft protocol because having the chairs next to each other with no sign doesn't help the "situation" I have a Telehealth appointment at 1030am and currently have a rash that how exactly can she treat it by seeing it from a video chat? So here are some pictures of my current situation. Now i understand why people are constantly trying to sue left and right, they proscribed me a medication that made my infection worse at the hospital. Burning my first layer of skin. I have 2 choices either make an appointment for December or what the receptionist suggested, i would need to go to the emergency room with my 6 month old baby AGAIN while my big kids are in school and risk leaving late because everyone knows emergency rooms aren't an in and out situation. All this to bill my insurance TWICE in this case a third time! The system really knows how to take advantage of the low-icome. This is how much they take into consideration for thier patients. Good luck to who ever comes here! I really drove from kendal to this location just for Dr. Erika Yu, she is truly amazing sucks she's surrounded by lazy people who aren't willing to get up from there chairs to go ask if they can consider to see me in person VS. Over the phone.

Everyone of the medical staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Yu is very attentive and knowledgeable who answered all the questions I had. Kudos to all the staff members. However, it seems that the building's security guard doesn't know anything. He won't answer any inquiries such as if there's offering COVID-19 testing and vaccination service, what is the waiting line in the lobby for, if there's a trash can nearby or any other business inquiries inside the building. He was rude to several people but I was told that he is not part of the staff and was hired by the landlord.

You have to become a pt and make an appointment because the schedules are already booked daily. Now when u become our pt, u are able to walk in.

Will they take you if you don't have any insurance.

Yes I believe so. You definitely would have to pay something out of pocket. Just reach out to them. The staff will definitely answer more for you.

I've been calling for days for an appointment and they don't answer the phone how can I make an appointment because they don't answer

First, keep calling. I HAVE gotten through. I always want to speak to a live person so I don't choose the appointment line, unless that's what you want. Try not to call around lunchtime. And, finally, keep calling until you get a live person. Don't give up. I've been going there for about 15 years, so I know. Also, try to get an extension number for the party you're trying to reach (from that party) - that way, you can enter it at the appropriate time after you call and perhaps limit your time dealing with the machine or even actually reach a live person. One last thing: even after you leave a message (if you must), keep calling back.
