My sales person was Esteban. He was very kind and funny and helped me with my car. I didn’t have all my paperwork together but he was able to help me get everything I needed to purchase my vehicle. George helped me with finalizing everything after I was finished with Esteban. He provided me with a warranty and gap insurance. Overall it was a very nice experience I was able to get the car I wanted without anyone trying to talk me into another vehicle.

Long story short, I or people I know will never buy another car from them. My sales guy was new (Jamaican guy with dreads), so he really didn’t know much about the car, but overall did good to sale the car because I purchased it. As a company, I expect better. I was told one price with the car after getting approved here comes all their “pricing” to make the car go back up to the price I didn’t want to finance even after putting money down. Plus, I’ve been searching for a car for 2 months, so when I finally found the car I wanted, I just expected better and didn’t get that so I got VERY annoyed 😑. Amanda from insurance is a sweetheart and knows her stuff. She took her time and explained the insurance until I understood the difference between both quotes. Everyone experience is different, I’m just telling my experience.

Highly recommend & I will be bringing further people for business. I went in twice looking for a car to drive daily and I was surprised and happy with what I came out with. Alex pointed me in directions of any and all cars in my budget and didn’t stop until I found a suitable vehicle. He didn’t stop until I felt comfortable. His determination and patience was above the top! I came in looking for something specific but ended up leaving with more than what I expected. I’m very much grateful and thankful for helping me. I thank Alex so much and I have to thank the team as well for helping me so much. Without the team I couldn’t be here excited with my car. Thank you again!

Literally the worst dealership you can get a car from. I bought a car from here about a year ago and it literally gave started giving me problems as soon as I drove off the lot. The splash guard was broken and the whole way home it made noise. After several back & forth they fixed it but then another problem came up... they didn’t change the tire before selling it to me and it was BENT! Every 30 Mins the tire would drop its tire pressure and I would have to put air in it. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Every time I come to service the car there’s never enough mechanics. Most of the workers are rude & everytime I go back it’s a new manager everytime... Just to show you that their management system is terrible. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!
