I never take time to write reviews… but I can’t keep the excitement and experience for myself. Don’t pay attention at the negative reviews or the badmouth it’s all hate and envy. Friday 18th we took the Fundamental Class, from the moment we stepped in everyone was very welcoming and super cool, Hiago (if I didn’t get the name wrong) is so welcoming and professional took the time to answer our questions and got us geared up for the class. Prof. Johnatha thought an amazing class and took the time to answer my questions. Finally I had the chance of meeting my Italian brother Alessandro, a true gentleman. Looking forward to coming back in this beautiful gym

THE BEST ACADEMY IN THE WORLD. Very welcoming to all ages and levels. You'll be learning from top Black Belts in a clean and respectful environment. The competitive team is absolutely the best led by Raja and Gui Mendes, multi-Black Belt World Champions, with a wide variety of levels & sizes on the same mat, the atmosphere is positive, filled with encouragement & the best motivation to keep training hard while improving your jiu jitsu day by day.

I had the opportunity to spend a half day at Art of Jiujitsu. What a stunningly beautiful place to train. Everyone was super welcoming and I really enjoyed the high level instruction and. I am a Master 5 female and have trained at quite a few places and it was amazing how the default here is was high level, technical flow rolling. I got to work and roll with world level females which was an extra bonus for me. It was just wonderful and worth every penny spend. I even got to partner with Jessa Khan during nogi. Such an inspiration. Make sure to pack a white gi.

I almost never write reviews of any sort unless it’s something I feel is extremely exceptional. I’ve been here for a few months, and guarantee if you train seriously (focus 100% on instructors) you’r game will accelerate at a rate you wouldn’t have imagined. Literally all the instructors are brilliant and helpful if you just ask. I saw a complaint from someone regarding instructors attention being hard to get because of large class size. Perhaps its his experience, but while the class sizes are large I’ve personally never had any issue w/ getting an instructor to help weather before, during or after class. Cant say enough good things about AOJ personally, just highly recommend, exceptional, A+.
