They charged me an extra $40 for dematting on top of the $150 but when I got my dog back his hair was cut so absurdly that he isn't even recognizable! What did they demat??? Does dematting mean cutting his hair dar too low for his breed?? I asked specifically for a Lion cut with a Corgi butt and leave the mane long. They didn't do a single thing I asked. I'd give this a zero if I could. Look how they embarrassed my boy. Even worse they're using his pictures to say they trained him when Petsmart has absolutely NEVER trained my boy. Good location with most items you would need for majority of your pet needs. They have dog training, grooming, fishes cat adoption everyday and dog adoption with varying dates from a local shelter. Overall a decent location but customer service could use some improvement from the cashiers.

It was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful even though they were shortstaffed so I appreciate the extra effort they put to help me out. They have good prices and variety with their small animal supplies so I was psyched about that. The hamsters all look so happy with their deep bedding and appropriate sized wheels.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We stopped in to pick up a new dog harness and love being able to try them on Henry. We've returned several when we tried to buy online elsewhere. Sometimes walking in is best.
