Got the Monogram Eclipse Canvas here! Transaction was smooth and efficient. Did an online transaction on louis vuitton website but was a fail. So the staff here assisted me in finding my online purchase and was successful in providing what I was looking for. Will be back here for another purchase!

It's been over a week since I went into the store and was treated very awfully by employees and no one has reached out to me to discuss my terrible experience. I've only gotten a notice that it's been reviewed and that they can't wait to provide me with a "pristine" NEXT VISIT?!?!?!? Why on earth would i visit a place again after being looked down upon employees??? Upon my entrance in the store I was not even acknowledged at all. The two employees Ginger & Hawa looked at me in disgust. Ginger whispered something to Hawa with a dirty look on her face . Hawa asks me if "IAM OKAY".. this kind of service is very disheartening. I told them I was picking up my item and they looked baffled and irritated that they had to assist me . Another customer walked in and they greeted them by saying Hi how are you how may i help you ? I received "are you okay sir"? I feel very discriminated by the employees at this store because I'am a young ethnic male. I also just find it amazing how no one cares....

Great place! Staff was nice and helpful. It was cool on a weekday since there was barely anyone at the store and got helped quick. On the weekend you need to scan a QR code they provide to get on the wait list for someone to help you on the floor. Nice experience either way. Bought the bag for moms bday and the perfume as an early mother's day present 😂

Yes you can my scanning the QR Code outside the store with your phone to wait without being in line. However not sure if its possible to make in appointment without having to go there yourself and use the method I just mentioned.
