This U-haul storage facility and trucks is very nasty!! My furniture was there 1 month and 1 week and it got infested with bed bugs! It's a good thing I threw my living room furniture away at the nearest dumpster minutes after leaving the storage facility because I no longer wanted it, if I did my living room would have gotten infested. I filed a claim it was denied because I didn't have photos I had to get rid of it right away to prevent them from going in other parts of my condo, I was told there were no other complaints about bed bugs (so they say but I don't believe it) now I'm sleeping on a mattress on the floor smh. I paid Orkin $700 to treat my bedroom and it took 6 treatments! I just wanted the $700 back that I paid Orkin. This was my first and last experience with U-haul storage facility!! I was very upset that my claim was denied, but it's ok because this particular location will lose more than $700 in the up coming year! I wouldn't advise anyone to rent from this location! If so, take pictures of your items before you use the truck and storage!! Valuable lesson learned for me!

This office here will lie about your gas level so they can charge you $87 and some change. Knowing they're not going to fill the vehicle up. all they're going to do is re-rent out at the level it's at. I found a customer action report in manager is energy denied the claim. So practically it's what they say goes and hell with the customer.

Worst customer experience for a rental company ever. I had to wait over an hour to receive my utility van. In the end I actually decided to contact the General Manager of the store, who wasn't very helpful either. Everyone in the store just "passed the buck" so they didn't have to deal with the main issue. Never will use Uhaul again. Many other competitors with better rates and overall experience right next to this location.
