Evangelos is my service advisor and has done an Outstanding job with regards to the service of my car. I went in for an oil change and he did above and beyond to make sure all was well taken care of. He explained to me the details and car diagnostics and status of service. I highly recommend him. Additionally, the rest of the Service team is wonderful as well. Very professional and will highly recommend them

Came in looking for a new car. We were going to let it pass but the way we were treated was very unprofessional for a dealership. We were looking for a specific car and even called before coming in. Just when we were going to negotiate, one salesperson says it was negotiable, the other "salesperson" says non-negotiable after abruptly increasing the price with "other market fees". This so-called salesperson was also sitting with his leg up in front of us, which was another turn down for making a deal. When we pointed it out, he said sorry. At that point, we had no interest in staying. We came to negotiate and plan out our options, but instead we were directly turned down while talking about price and before negotiating. Out of all the Honda dealerships we went to today, from Davie all the way down to Brickell Miami, looking for one specific car, this was by far the least qualified. Although I am not speaking in regards to all sales agents who are working hard with values, this specific sales person whom they call Tito should be reevaluated. I understand we came in an hour before closing, it is Sunday after all, but they should have professionally and briefly introduced us to a deal or assured us of a good negotiation and to let us know to come back the next day to make a deal. Whatever he and his team's reasons are, they are in the wrong.

Hello, good night, I would like to know what number I can call to report a bad treatment from one of the sellers of that Honda Adventure agency. I have been waiting for days for a receipt of payment that I made with a read and an advance payment and it has not arrived and my Biggest surprise that I call the financier and they inform me that from that agency they have not sent my payment yet, I stand a lack of respect this for me is called a customer scam when they want to sell you the car to win their elections they treat you well and then if do you have a problem they forget about you what a terrible service i feel cheated and mocked
