Vicky did a nice job. I like that they have some of the Olaplex products. They also use Redken products too.

Love going to Malcolm's while on vacation in Mount Pocono. Always a great haircut for myself and my significant other Nancy. Always happy with results.

Great first impression! I’m newer to the area and were going on a cruise. I called 3 hours before closing on a Sunday and they were able to get me in before the end of the day. My hair was a mess, it was chopped up with MULTIPLE different lengths, it was horrible and I did not want to go on vacation like that. I don't know how the stylist, Vickie, kept her composure lol. She had it fixed in no time and it looked fantastic, super super happy. After I inquired about future services and another stylist, Dean, was extremely knowledgeable. Great customer service from both. And the price was great as well. I got it washed, cut & dried. Plus I got a bottle of shampoo and conditioner and it came out too $51 and change. I will definitely be going back and will recommend!

The hairdresser who took care of me was Dean and he has great customer service, has good advice and knows what he's doing. The times I went either the store was pleasantly empty or slightly full, never entirely crowded. The other workers are helpful and nice, and so are the other clients i've talked to. Their products are good, and make your hair feel soft never rough. The place is clean and has a dividing wall to keep it private from the sidewalk. The temperature is a little on the cold side but i'm not sure if that's just me.

Questions & Answers

So they don't do hair cut in weaves. As a cancer survivor I just wanted a nice cut and the two girls at the front looked at me like they didn't know what a weave was and asked someone else if he knew how to do it. In this day in time...really?
