Positive: Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The valet is included so drive right up! Each staff keeps their own tips, so keep that in mind that you may want to tip the valet and the luggage help separately. Your choice of course. The pool was great. Negative: The pool closes at 8. Would be fabulous for night hanging out though.

Went here for a golf trip. It suited our needs alright. Casino is very small and it seems like they actively try not to make money. Closing tables at 11pm on a Saturday. There is no where to eat unless you want to sit down for a full meal. The pool is great and golf course was nice although no driving range. I would say if you're looking for a NE Casino you're much better off traveling to Mohegan Sun / foxwoods , AC or Turning Stone. All have much more to offer for around the same price.

Had a great time. The hotel and casino were both very clean. Great shower (but would have loved a tub). Like most reviews I've read about this resort, it will get 4 stars because of the lack of a mini fridge in the room (this should be a standard amenity nowadays), and the prices of the mini bar items. Most nice hotels now provide a few complimentary bottles of water, but if you wanted the water in this room it cost $7! Yikes. Checkout was smooth, staff very friendly, valet was surprisingly quick. Overall we would definitely stay again, but I hope they get on par with the fridge situation.

Excellent experience. The room is really nice, the employees are all really friendly and helpful. The casino had a good mix of games. The pool is beautiful and the pool bar was the best bar in the place. The food was really good to, my only complaint was the pizza place. The pizza was tasty but it took FOREVER because there was a long line and only one woman working there. I give her credit though because she worked her butt off and I don't fault her for the wait. We're definitely looking forward to coming back.
