I called to ask if they had 14x6 wheels in stock since the website states to call for availability. The clerk responded by saying "we don't sell that here" and hung up before I could order the part.

Called for a window switch on Sept.2nd.Iwas told they didn't have it and could order it and for 8.98and theywould have it here by the 4th, after calling to see if it arrived 3 times on the 4th it finally got there about 5:30,Went to be pay for it and was charged 20.00.And told I had to pay for shipping a part I could have gotten online cheaper. Why should I pay for a parts store shipping costs, that's supposed to be why there a store, poor service and rude. A complete ripoff. Beware.

I went in for a part. They said it would be there at 12:30, about a 2 hour wait. They waited till I showed up for pickup to tell me they would have to order it, and it would be there in a few days. When I went back and they said my part was there, but they couldn't find it. Was supposed to call me when the person who put it away got in but I never heard. The next day it took 45 minutes for them to locate it in their store. Nice staff but poor organization and communication skills. Will not be returning.
