Our greyhound bus made a 10 min rest and food stop and the first thing that comes out of an older worker there was, “oh no here comes another bus not another one” then her staff began to laugh and she made the only expression that if I had not just paid I would had left. I thought they wanted our business but apparently some of the workers don’t want to work. What a shame. I am sure she wasn’t the owner because owners want customers smh shame shame shame. What an uncomfortable feeling.

There was a line, but it was moving. I placed my order and was waiting. After a few minutes, I realized I couldn't wait any longer (bus was leaving in 1 minute). I asked for a refund. Was told the food would be ready in a couple of minutes. I repeated that I was on the bus and it was leaving. After the third request, the manager came over and told me that the cashier couldn't refund the money without her. ..and that I didn't have to be so rude. Up to that point I was not rude or nasty. Left there with my refund...and very bad impression of the establishment.

I love the staff at Onvo/Burger King they are the friendliest bunch of people that work there.

20 minutes from time of order til received food at drive thru. No apologies from the worker, just said “it’s busy”. Of course food was cold, all cheese sticks I ordered had ZERO cheese in them! No marinara sauce or offered. And NO napkins in the bag. Classic BK.
