You have to look on the eagle lake website for people who are renting there homes out. This is a gated community that only allows access to owners and there guests
Hi, I’m interested in Eagle Lake. I rented there once before. Would I be able to purchase a lot and a new trailer? Where would I purchase the trailer? Do you have lots for sale.

Yes its a year round recreational campground/community. You may not live in the community year round but are allowed to reside 50 weeks of the year... Its private not open to public.

About 3000 lots and I would say about 2300-2500 with units on them. It's a really nice place , with nice people. 👍
Once you buy do you own the lot or do you just rent the lot? Also are there HMO fees ?
