I did an inspection there after Tires Plus down the street said I needed $1,002 in repairs. Mad Hatter looked it over & said I didn't need any repairs. They even showed me a close-up photo of my brake pads. They were also fast & efficient. Very professional & friendly as well. 10/10 I definitely recommend. Lisa up front is awesome too.

Corey, Lisa, and the whole team really took care of me in my time of dire need. They were able to install my cat shield, change my very low battery, and all my brake pads and rotors. This was the my first time using Mad Hatter and I plan to use them again. They got to the vehicle in a timely fashion, provided an accurate estimate and looked over all aspects of the vehicle. After discussing the estimate and results of the inspection they were able to start right away on the exhaust work and finished it the next day. They performed the services for the exact price of the estimate and I was able to pay electronically which allowed us to pick up the car after hours the day it was finished.

After being quoted about $1000 for muffler repair; I called Mad Hatter and received a much lower quote as well as getting me in quickly and quick turnaround. In this day of Covid and Supply Chain issues they could have very well charged a higher rate. So glad they were very reasonable. I will continue to go to them for future needs
