Gate dose not work can not get in to your own home and they do not care. Rent is out of control over 1000 a month with a broken run down club house

Quiet nice place to live has a lake has new trailers and old trailers there's areas with the newer ones in areas with the older ones has big rec room with pool tables it also has a pool and a hot tub and shuffleboard and laundry facilities on site it's on water company The Lawns are maintained by the property management company included in your lot rent new security gate very pretty well-built for Security which it didn't need because I haven't heard of any crime in the past 18 years my father and Aunt have lived there over 55 only

the new "crime watch lady" is dissrespectful, mean, nasty to young and old. She "believes" she more competent than the Davie Police Department and the in so many words "the rightous Judgement of God pushing Jesus right out". Never have i seen such foolishness. She told my elderly sick mother that this place is a toilet, that she was the authority here now, and refused to identify herself after i myself introduced myself....etc....

Supposedly it's 55 and over! I myself have seen children there as well! I do believe children live there. So I asked a 30 something couple with 3 toddler age children. They told me that THEY DO LIVE THERE, WITH THEIR 4 GENERATIONS, ALL LIVING UNDER 1 ROOF!! BECAUSE OF THE ECONOMY AND HOW EXPENSIVE RENTALS ARE, I CAN EASILY SEE WHY FAMILIES ARE HAVING TO BAND TOGETHER, SEVERAL GENERATIONS LIVING WITH ONE ANOTHER, SHARING A HOME AND ALL THE BILLS THAT GO ALONG WITH A IT! IN TODAYS VERY EXPENSIVE AND FAST-PACED WORLD IN ORDER TO SURVIVE, & TO MAKE A DECENT LIFE FOR THEMSELVES AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THEIR CHILDREN. I wanted to add that I recently visited the park since the new management team took over, Have been revamping & upgrading the public facilities & LANDSCAPING The park looks better kept up, the SECURITY guards are more thorough when checking ID,s in order to make sure that ITS RESIDENTS STAY SAFE AND MAKE SURE NO THIEVES, OR CRIMINALS ACCESS THE PROPERTY. GREAT JOB!
