Ordered breakfast this morning for me and my nephew, since I didn't feel like cooking, a half hour before 10:30 AM. Placed my order in the app, got there, parked, and then I waited....and waited, and waited. Finally went in to see what was going on after 20-25 minutes. They had their menu changed to lunch and were just finishing up the last breakfast orders. THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY ORDER, at least this manager gave me a refund unlike a previous manager they had who told me they couldn't issue refunds for app orders and I would need to contact my bank about the issue. I then got asked if I would like to order anything to which I shook my head no, started to leave, and told the manager thanks for making me wait a half hour for nothing. Thanks to this I will never go to ANY McDonald's ever again and got rid of the app off of my phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS.

It was the worst experience at a McDonald's I have ever had. I ordered a kid's meal for my son, and a #7 for me. The kid at the window read off the order and said my meal. We got my order and they completely missed my meal. It wasn't even on the receipt. It took 40 minutes for them to figure out what happened.

The wait times at this particular restaurant are always atrocious. Since Covid started, if there is only one car in the drive-through, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. No other restaurant in the area has this problem. This franchisee apparently has no idea how to run a restaurant.

You probably won’t read this but I got a iced caramel coffee, it was 3/4 of the way full, the coffee tasted like it sat there for 2 days and who ever put the Caramel in it must of dumped the whole jug into my cup, very very disappointed. (Btw only took one sip)
