Ordered a fresher (they were out of strawberry dragonfruit....again) and snacking bacon. The bacon was so cold that the grease congealed on the bacon. Disappointed 😞

If you enjoy being the only customer and waiting 10 minutes for the wrong drink, then this is your place. The first drink was filled with ice and had a shot of coffee. When I brought it to their attention that it shouldn’t have ice, I had to wait another 5 minutes only to be served 99% foam. The best part, is the drink only requires them to pull a a tap leveler. I contacted the manager about the terrible experience and never heard anything. It’s apparent the managers and owners don’t care. The consistently in their product is like playing the lottery.

Time is 5:13 March 9th. Hey how about second shift you guys do your prep work. When you have people coming through the drive-thru on a sandwiches and they can't because you guys didn't prep eggs every single one of you should be replaced cuz you can't do your jobs. That's literally your job you did not do it you should all be terminated and replaced immediately. And for corporate you guys ever going to fix that pothole in your drive-thri? That pothole is pretty big pretty nasty and it's going to do some damage to vehicles. I'm looking to dunk my donuts not looking to dunk my car into cement do better. But like I was saying for second shift you guys can't even prep eggs go back to 725 an hour cuz that's what you deserve and that's me being generous pathetic.
