Great while you are buying. Support after the sale does not exist. Spent $10k on new living room furniture, notified them within several months that stitching is coming out. They asked for pictures that we have sent 3 times, no reply, no assistance.

RJ, thank you for the question. We do typically have a return policy in place, however with current pandemic regulations, we are unable to accept returns once the furniture has been placed in your home.
