My experience was smooth and successful. I brought my phone in and was super nervous about if it was able to be fixed but Dev assured me they could diagnose and fix the problem. They fixed it on the same day within a couple hours! I am so thankful to Dev for fixing my phone and allowing me to access my pictures again!

He went above and beyond what you would expect from any employee....HE got all my data transferred....helped to utilize a phone with issues....I Cannot say enough about his professional capabilities, his techy knowledge, and his unwavering problem solving abilities...he's definitely an entrepreneur at heart!!!!!! This was absolutely phenomenal job at this store. I brought in my old device and Dev and Jonathan was able to transfer all my information to my new device. Excellent service, dev was very helpful and polite and he also signed me up for the asurion home + that offers such great benefits. Definitely coming back and telling my friends about this location. Brought my iPhone 7 in today, my phone screen and volume button didn’t work. Dev came up with a solution and now my phone screen and volume button works perfect and they repaired my phone in less than the turn around time told. Definitely highly recommend place. Ask for Dev he’s a great guy !!!
