Worst workers I got there 4:00 pm to open a new bank account and the teller told me that there were going to closed at 5:00 pm that I should go the next fay and she recommended me to go to people’s bank , she I Shouldn’t said that .

I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo bank, I just went into this Well Fargo branch to deposit a check from my brother and it was the worst experience of my life. The teller was not knowledgeable about his job and he made me feel like I was a criminal. He held on to my check and did not tell me the reason why, I finally had to ask him if everything was alright. He seemed to be confused about what to do so I asked to speak to a manager and there were no manager called to assist me. I wasted 45 minuets in this branch for a simple deposit, the teller was very unprofessional and he made me feel like I should not be doing business with Wells Fargo bank. I will never go back to this branch for anything, this have been so far the worst bank branch that I have ever been in.
