Frauds!! They fail children and lack research and lie saying you have income when you do not. By law they say if you’re unemployed they have to put that you make $8/hr $1000 a month. Incorrect. Hire a private attorney.

I've never had a problem here, it's always quick and to the point. I've called recently to update my address with them and the lady was super helpful and efficient. We corresponded through e-mail and that was pretty easy and cool too! You really have to have all of your information together and ask the right questions here. Also remember that people work here, not gawdz 👋☺️

For MONTHS I watched my sister’s frustrations grow and her get more and more discouraged after the treatment she received from your staff. It’s disheartening to know that this agency is one big money grab I hope the right person sees these reviews and throughly investigates what type of operation you all are running. it’s supposed to be about Whats for the best interest of the child. Not what’s in the best interest of The management!!!

I truly believe it's who you get on the phone and how YOU treat them. I called in reference to my daughter's mother (who pays just $30 a month for child support and has never paid on time unless she is arrested), and spoke Evette on the phone. When she answered the phone, I was put on hold immediately ( which was expected due to the treatment that I have received in the past), but when she came back I could tell she was smiling on the other end of the phone so I knew my call was going to be OK. I had a list of questions so I was expecting not the best service, but what actually happened was a very polite conversation that lasted almost an hour. It's my understanding that she doesn't answer the phone very often, so I got very lucky! I thought I would shed some positive light on a normally dark situation. Please whoever is her boss, give her a promotion and a RAISE!!!!!!! She is by far the person you need on the front line or the one dealing with difficult situation. Her people skills are unparalleled compared to those that I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Evette for your phone call and I hope if I need support again, I will get you. You answered every question or concern I had and I was very happy when our conversation ended.
