Great, clean park. Nice non-traditional play equipment for kids. Great place to walk, have picnic.

An old park, nostalgic! Being raised in Bend my whole life, it is an idyllic urban park that is well kept with well lit paths that meander through a forest of juniper that surround a state of the art swim center. There are tennis courts and horseshoe pits here also, and a play ground that's not far from the ball field. I love this park! Thank you.

They just built a new playground at the park and tool out all the old play equipment. The new playground is located just outside the fenced area of the outdoor pool. The new playground equipment includes climbing and balancing structures and a stainless steel tongue drum and a spinning musical chime.

Hi Deanna, in order to operate on district property, a business must request permission and be properly permitted for the activity. Learn more at: https://www.bendparksandrec.org/parks-trails/park-rules/businesses-in-parks/ or call Rentals & Reservations at (541) 706-6149. Thank you.

What parts are free and what requires a fee? We are looking to bring our small kids to the outdoor pool.

It’s a blend of Kentucky bluegrass, tall fescue and perennial rye grass. In stores its referred to as a “sun shade mix” or “Central Oregon blend”.
