I highly recommend. We established pediatric care for our infant daughter with Dr. Gilmore. We have seen other providers as well. All the clinical staff has been outstanding and our daughter has had excellent care. The front office has been great, friendly and helpful with scheduling and appointments as well as communication. I appreciate all that everyone has done for us. Thank you!

I was pretty disappointed to get turned away frm my daughters 2 year well check appointment today. Now while I take full responsibility for writing the apt time down wrong.. even more unfortunate that were were just down stairs in the parking lot stretching our legs. We missed the 10 min window by maybe 5 min.. with temperature taking and normal checking in chit chatter. I live out in water wonderland dist so its not just around the corner for us. This is not a usual thing for us to be late, in fact this is only our second appointment with the clinic. At our last apt we were ontime early even for paper work and Dr. Gilmore walked into our room almost 25 min past our appointment time, funny no one was counting minutes then... all I ask is that you show some compassion, patience and grace that your patients have no choice but you show you on a daily basis. I went in for my first appointment with my son who was 2 days old. walking out of the building off of professional Court, a car was backing up with out looking first and the vehicle hit me with my two-day-old son of my arms, the man responsible just drive off, shrugging his shoulders as I kicked his car and screamed at him. If I had had my daughter with me, walking she would have certainly been RAN OVER. I called this office 2 times since then asking about a camera and no response back. Then today mosaic called to reschedule an appointment with me. Still no concern over what happened, so I reamed the gal who called and her manager finally got ahold of me. Telling me this was the first she heard of the incident. Where was the concern over this, an medical office did not care enough to report a woman getting hit in the parking lot with a newborn in her arms. I will not be stepping back into such a careless office. Careless staff. I can't believe it. Totally unprofessional in so many ways.

I've dedicated my life and problems to this clinic over the last 2 years. This staff is under qualified, has poor bed side manner, and has no problems routinely rescheduling your appointments - their favorite time to call is when you're walking in from the parking lot! Amongst their many errors, one very prime example of their negligence is the fact that I had gone into the clinic for an urgent need. My doctor wasn't available, but fortunately there was another doctor on staff that I could see. The doctor agreed that I needed a referral, she sent me home with the paperwork, contact phone numbers, she did everything right in that appointment. However, it's very infuriating because somehow after I left my appointment, the doctor wrote the referral to the wrong doctor and clinic that is NOT covered under my insurance - a week ago. We spent an hour in the appointment thoroughly discussing the plans moving forward, now I have to start over from the beginning! This adds so much more time, more waiting, more dealing with the pain.
