As of about 3 weeks ago I know they were accepted. Just not selling any more at the moment.

Its in the alley between Bond and Franklin. There is a wine/beer house next door. Youll have to park and walk to it to find it
Yes, first come, first served. The theater only seats about 30, so be early to be sure you get in.
