Range Apartments

My boyfriend and I recently moved here in April to help care take for his mom who has dementia. It is time for us to put her into a home and he and I have been looking for rentals. We found the range and immediately fell in love. When we took the tour they were informative and helpful and since then we have had our names on the wait list to hopefully get an apartment. I’ve been working with Sara, who bless her heart, has been so great on being communicative and patient with me when I ask questions. She is very welcoming and sweet. I hope that it all works out. If you have a chance to check out the apartments, you won’t regret it. I honestly feel they are the best for what you get, the rent price and the overall customer service vibe. And it is nestled in a prime location in West Bend.

Too expensive, cheaply built, management can’t be bothered to do anything, maintenance is next to nothing useful, and you have to threaten legal action or go to corporate in order get any kind of response. I regret moving here and I can’t wait to leave. They won’t let you leave your lease either, so they’d rather have a frustrated tenant telling everyone how bad it is. This complex is no where near Bend quality or even close to what Northwest Crossing is about. Avoid it at all costs.

Moved in June 1st. Been more than Happy with everything. our place has an amazing view and we are close to everything.

High end apartments ran by low end management. I scheduled an appointment to view these apartments. I drove two and a half hours to view them and no one was there except the maintenance person. There was no courtesy call to reschedule and I was shocked staff was not on site. Thankfully the maintenance person was kind enough to show me around a bit. I think he should get paid for doing two people’s job.
