A decent variety of all things baby. The store is fairly well organised. It certainly makes shopping for young ones easy, not sure if the prices are the best in the world. But it’s certainly convenient.

We had an extremely rude and unprofessional experience today from the Store Manager, Christy. We went to return a recliner that we just received (off our registry) and she refused to accept the return because she believed there was a stain on there. Several customers to include employees disagreed, and said there was no stain. We even contacted customer service and sent pictures to validate it. Customer service agreed. We tried proceeding to still return it in store and the manager started yelling at my pregnant wife who is 8 months pregnant. She was very unprofessional and rude. How embarrassing for this establishment to feel the need to call the authorities on an 8 month pregnant woman trying to complete a simple return. We repeatedly requested for the District Managers contact information and she refused to provide us with that information. As first time soon-to-be parents, we have spent thousands of dollars and even had our baby registry through BuyBuy Baby and to receive this type of treatment and disrespect is completely unacceptable. We will be sure to never go back to this store or conduct any business with BuyBuy Baby at all and we will be sure to let everyone know how poorly we were treated.

If I could go back in time I would save myself a lot of stress by NEVER REGISTERING AT BUY BUY BABY! They started by canceling an order my mom placed for a baby dresser/changing table after she spent $1200 in the store. They said it was her bank - their go to excuse - bank said nope not them! The only way to buy it was to use a different card and go to the store and pay at the register and have it delivered. Then I tried to order some baby clothes. Order canceled and bank said it wasn’t them. My mom tried her credit card. Yup canceled again for no reason! At this point I’m LIVID! So they give me $150 My Funds (free stuff basically) for my “troubles” I don’t have to use any cards. They assure me this will work no problem. I place the order. CANCELED!!!!! They give me the funds back and tell me I will have to shop in the store and they just don’t know why!!!!! I wish I could return everything I bought and my friends bought. Obviously my money isn’t good enough for them!
