Very happy with my experience this morning! I guess it's partly luck of the draw (pardon the pun). Since there is rarely an early morning appt available I took a chance as a walk-in. I arrived at 8:15, was in & out in 30 min. I used the very efficient & self-explanatory station to check in, then warned the receptionist that I had hard veins to find. He said no worries, we have 2 very experienced & efficient technicians. They were, got it 1st try and got all 5 vials from that poke (I had drunk a lot of water the day before & that morning and also done some pushups to help increase blood flow). My only problem was self-created- didn't know that I needed to provide a urine sample, so had gone before my arrival. It took me 40 more minutes of drinking water (which they provide) and pacing outside before I managed to fill the cup. People were friendly, went outside if there were too many in waiting room and someone needed to check in (don't forget to do that immediately upon arrival, esp if you're a walk-in). Masks worn inside. By the time I left, there were a lot more people but seem to move fast. Recommend.

Ridiculously long wait, extremely hard to get an appointment first thing in the morning on a weekend, which is really difficult when you are fasting. They don't call walk-ups in order of arrival. I waited 2 hrs and finally had to demand to be seen after 3 people who were after me in line had already finished. DO NOT GO HERE!

Twice we have had issues with the reception desk staff of this Lab Corp office telling me and my wife that our lab requests were not in their system despite the fact that they were! First time, a few months ago I had to intervene so they would do a little bit of search to find my request in their systems, so it was there! The second time, last week, they turned down my wife and canceled her appointment as again they could not find her lab request. She contacted her doctor office and asked them to re-send the document, so they emailed it to her. When she got back to this Lab Corp she was told The Computer Network was no working. Seriously guys! I should mention that their medical staff and technicians are such great and experienced people. I would give 0 star if it was not for them.

I am so frustrated with the service at this LabCorp. I went in for routine lab work that required fasting and I just received an email a week later that my blood was not successfully processed by this facility. So now I have to fast again and get my blood redrawn. I believe the issue was that the front desk did not take my completed form because she said they didn’t need it. I’m sure they actually did need it and now I have to redo the whole process. I will not be coming back to this location. I am so frustrated that I fasted for nothing the first time and now I have to do it again because they messed up!

4 days should be enough time

I have blood work I need done from 2 different doctors, can we do both at the same time?
