First off, using this company is one of worst mistakes you can make after having a fire. This review, as I intend to write more is only on the subject of my belongings and written directly to the management of this company. Not the employee's. This is a management issue. They took them without notice and without making an inventory. They stored them without cleaning them for over a year. They have had them trickle in over the last three months and I cannot get them to answer a phone or return a call. I have been lied to over and over and one big one concerning who is running this company, not John. My belongings are damaged and dirty and I can't tell you whats missing as I can't get them all back Jumping ahead to August 16th. I did not receive all my belongings back and at this time my claim is still not closed. I want to ask if anyone who had their belongings in Serv Pro's posession and possibly didnl't get back certain particular items., I received lots of items that weren't mine and I sent them back hoping if someone got mine they would do the same. In fact I sent back some that someone is looking for.. At the time I sent back a certain large collection they did not know who it belonged to and stated that they didn;t have anyone else's property. Or maybe your really into music and are missing something that may go to your system. I am hoping these items made their way home, I am very unhappy with the way my belongings were handled and would caution anyone who allows them near theirs. Theres more cautions to follow as I figure it will take a 12 week series to describe my situation. There was one shining light I must say, if you are lucky enough to get Mike to come out to work on your house. Mike is the only employee that would come back the next day with real answers. Mike was considerate. Mike wanted to make sure the homeowner was getting what was right and I thank him a lot as I could count on him. . Mike communicated with me when he was to arrive or if he was delayed or needed to reschedule. Communication being so important and knew it and did it, some of the only communication I could count on. We were having the understructure of our house repaired. They said there was sewage under the house and they would have to reschedule. I called ServPro and Bryan King was out within an hour, went under the house, and found it was from a racoon. Work resumed immediately. Bryan did not charge us and stayed to be sure that the workers understood it was safe under the house. Bryan saved us so much time and stress. In addition to that, he did not charge us for his time. We must recognize people and companies who display compassion and kindness during these turbulent times.

The company came to clean after a kitchen fire and battled them for over 3 months. Once they finally returned our possessions we noticed quite a few higher priced items were missing. They promised all this work without commitment. They were rude over the phone, and we along with our insurance will never use them again. We ended up doing it ourselves anyhow.
