Your scheduling department was horrible with me waiting a total of 5 hours between 2 days at our rental property for someone to show up. Finally a technician did show up on the second day. He did a good job but we will not use your services again because of the time that I had to waste. Your costs were also outrageous! - DO NOT / WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Scott is so friendly. He always explains what the product is going to do and when we should see results. As well as any precautions we need to take with the kids or dog. I love having the same tech come to our house everytime. Makes the visit more comfortable for all of us, even the dog.

This is my first full year using Plunkett's service, prior to that used another service. I switched to Plunkett's because I wanted superior service and great customer service. Got both with Plunkett's. You get three scheduled treatments at about $245. per. They will retreat if application is needed. I have an assigned technician and I can call him any time for my pest issues. I live on Coon Lake, and have all kinds of insects, but not in my house due to Plunkett's.
