The Springs at Anna Maria

My folks moved into The Springs at Anna Maria almost a year ago and our experience has been excellent. The apartment is perfect for them, with a wonderful patio with a gorgeous view. The food has been excellent and the staff has been so kind and helpful. My husband has had many major health problems in the last year and it has been so helpful to know that my parents had all the support they needed while I was less available for them. The neighborhood around provides excellent safe, flat areas for my dad to walk and is close to all their doctors offices ad the hospital. The transportation provided has been so helpful and my dad enjoys using it. If you have a family member looking for a new living situation in the valley, you should absolutely consider The Springs at Anna Maria.

My mother has lived at the Springs for the last several years in independent living and recently transitioned to assisted living. The staff at the Springs are so wonderful and friendly. They have been incredibly helpful and caring. They always greet me by name and know my mom and her needs very well. I always know that my mom is safe and well cared for. The building and the apartments are very nice. My mom enjoyed her view of the mountains in independent living and now enjoys her view of the immaculately kept courtyard. I toured many senior living facilities in the valley and chose the Springs because the staff are so welcoming and competent.

What a wonderful place to call home. This was especially true for my father in-law (Jack) and his partner (Nancy) when they could no longer manage the upkeep of their home. The staff at Anna Maria always made them feel welcome and safe. Jack and Nancy were both very social and enjoyed the wide variety of events keeping them active. When it was time to move from senior living to assisted living, the transition was seamless. Even though both Jack and Nancy have passed away within the past 6 months, our family has great memories of their happy times spent at Anna Maria.

I worked at The Springs at Anna Maria for 3 years, as both a Server and a Cook, then left simply because I wanted to check out other lines of work. It broke my heart to leave, because I was so connected to the residents and employees. 3 years later- I missed it so much, I had to come back! There is simply no place like the Springs at Anna Maria. The residents are so loved, and so well cared for. It is truly a family. Everything the staff does is done with the intent to pour love and joy into the lives of these wonderful seniors. I would like to specifically compliment Meaghan Walkup, the director. She devotes her whole heart to the residents. During the pandemic, I can attest that she worked day and night to keep them safe and healthy, both physically and emotionally. She succeeded! I had to leave The Springs at Anna Maria yet again, a year and a half after I returned, to move out of state for family reasons. I know I will never again find a job so fulfilling, or a workplace full of such kindness. The residents are still fully in my heart, I love and miss them dearly, as I do all my coworkers. I wish the Springs at Anna Maria all the best, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to call Home.
