I love that they get local produce and they support the local community. I'm impressed by their variety and selection: I can find things here no one else sells. I also love that they don't waste money remodeling every few years like some places. It is wonderfully funky and I hope it stays that way!

I go here almost daily and I live near by the store even if I moved across town I would still choose thunderbird 100% every time everyone in the store is always so kind and helpful every check out lady always has such a positive attitude and greets me every time I’m there, always a good experience

Only gave them 3 stars because overall I enjoy the store but the cashier Suzie is very rude. She complained because I didn't remove 4 items from my hand basket then makes the entire checkout process awkward. As someone who has not only worked but ran multiple stores I would expect better customer service from the cashiers. I get it that you work hard and I appreciate the store being open and the hard work put in but if your 1 gripe for the day is me not emptying my basket then maybe you should take a vacation to reset yourself and come back with a better attitude.
