Bought 12 neon tetras about 3 weeks ago. All are now dead. Conditions in tank are perfect, black tetras, galaxy rasboras, Dalmatian moly’s, all living, even the Cory catfish. Guess why? They were purchased elsewhere.

Our local store sucks. 0stars if I could. Maureen is the literal worst. She started on me in the parking lot telling me I can’t park in a handicap space, (my father is disabled and we had a plaque clearly displayed) she then proceeded to take the only other space available for customers all the while complaining about where I parked. She went inside locked the doors and made us wait until 10:08 to come in she just stood at the register staring at us. I was in spending $100s on supplies for the local emergency fire shelter, so I approached management about making a Donation for the fire animals and got immediately shut down by Maureen who then asked me for a donation. Like WHAT. SMH

The Petco here in Medford is pretty good. We have been there several times, and have always had a good experience. They have some really cool animals, and pet care products, toys, and much more. They seem a bit understaffed. But the employees that are there, seem knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a good place for you and your pet friend to visit!

Idk I don't have a cat
If your animals have special needs, it is best to ask your vet. Some animals need a special diet in order to maintain good health and weight. Unfortunately, just reading labels is not enough but it is a place to start. You don't want anything where the first or second ingredient is some type of "meal" e.g., "chicken meal" or "beef meal." Those are usually indicative of an inferior quality of food. You will also want to determine how much protein a food has. For example, the minimum dietary protein requirement for a growing dog is 18% dry matter, or DM, and 8% DM for an adult dog. This is based on feeding a high-quality protein and again, is a minimum amount. AAFCO recommends that the daily requirements for dog diets should contain at least 22% DM for growth and 18% DM for maintenance. Also try to buy food that is age appropriate...e.g., puppy, adult or senior. Hope this helps.
