Connie (said she is the manager) was one of the rudest people I have met. I will not shop here again. She doesn't like lines, people, or Doordash. According to her Doordash customers are not real and there is no time for her to assist me. She had maybe 5 people in line..poor lady

This was the cleanest, most friendly store I have been in. Every single person working was friendly and happy which seems to be a hard thing to find lately. Kudos to everyone working in this store from the stockers, cashiers and the grooming salon. Everyone deserves a raise on the principle they definitely show up and give their jobs the attention they deserve and they make every customer feel warm and welcome.

I come here quite regularly, and they seems to always have cats and kittens available for adoption. I've gotten 2 cats from them, both happy and healthy.

This thing is huge i have a 12 lb maltese and its bulky on him and when its hooked to the right tightness the collar hangs off super long i really wasnt happy with it it didnt even come with spray as advertised
At Banfield they do, but you have to get your pet set up as a patient. They don't do booths like they do in stores for humans. 🤭

Dogs are not sold at PetSmart, rescues and shelters adopt their dogs during events at the store.

They do a senior discount but do not do a multiple cat discount. Just called and asked for you.
They work with local shelters on adoptions. So breeds vary all the time. They do not get puppies from kennels.
You're best bet is to call and ask.
